I did not have any sugar since we start. I am proud of myself never happened. I’m thinking before eating and had only healthy snack. Drinking more water, but not enough. I hope I can keep up, not only 10 days !!!

Starting the challenge when travelling for work thought it would have been a real challenge but easy to accommodate! I’m back at home now so can also drink more at gym! Ps and being in a group help to focus! Best team win!

I've had a bit of a wobbly this week with chocolate so started a bit late. My sugary drink weakness is alcohol, so I added fizzy water to dilute white wine (not something I usually do so that's a win) and started Alcohol Free yesterday & will keep on with this (now I've declared it to this group 😁). Other wins is protein snacks, nuts & cheese & chorizo, which my kids have enjoyed too. 🙏🙏🙏

I've just had a curry and ordered a Mango Lassie too. I could taste the sugar it - it tasted far too sweet so I didn't finish it (unheard of from me!!) 🙏

I've tried cutting out sugar alone in the past but it was a lonely and time consuming experience that ultimately failed. It is a totally different experience being part of this group. The daily bite size information and tasks we receive are insightful and enjoyable. The journey is steady, self reflective and forgiving, which ultimately empowers us to make more nourishing sugar free choices. Thank you.
