It’s Your Time to Thrive

For years you’ve been battling weight gain and/or poor health on your own because traditional medicine have been ineffective. You’re exhausted, overweight, battle constant cravings and are utterly fed up with how you feel physically and emotionally.

Maybe you’ve experienced short term weight loss, but now that you are over 40, nothing seems to work anymore — and you don’t understand why it doesn’t work.

After all, you’re a successful, accomplished woman. You didn’t get where you are today without intelligence, perseverance and hard work, so why can’t you lose the weight? Deep down you know this is one area you haven’t been able to master, and you’re beginning to wonder if you ever will.

I want you to know you aren’t crazy, and you don’t have to work harder.

Your body in your 40s isn’t the same as it was in your 30s, so what worked in the past, won’t work now because of the hormonal changes in your body at this stage of life. If it were just about working harder, you’d be the thinner, healthier and more energetic version of yourself you long to be.

So if you’re fed up with working so hard to lose weight and seeing no results, there’s hope — and you don’t have to do it alone. Together we’ll get at the root of the underlying reasons that are hindering your ability to lose weight and shift your habits to support long-term weight loss.

And because we take it step-by-step, change will come easier — and it won’t be boring!

My Story

Hello! I’m Severine Menem, a registered Nutritional Therapist for women over 40 struggling with weight loss and perimenopause. I created 'Wellbeing for a Phenomenal Midlife' to empower you to check “get healthy” off your list so you can genuinely thrive in the second half of your life.

Because as a woman in my mid-forties, I know first hand the realities of the perimenopausal years where everything is changing and your body feels out of control.

After years of leading a healthy and fit lifestyle, I suddenly experienced weight gain, anxiety, joint pain, dry eyes, night sweats and more. After researching I realized my symptoms were a normal part of a woman’s life called perimenopause. By making simple changes, I completely improved and/or removed those symptoms without any treatments other than nutrition and lifestyle. It was truly mind-blowing and now I’m on a mission to help other women do the same!

I’m here to help you to stop dieting and adopt realistic habits so you can genuinely THRIVE. Because I know with complete physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, opportunities open up for you, the chief of which is becoming the true woman you long to be. More than just a mum or career woman, you’ll be the woman you dream of in secret. Strong, fit and beautiful — inside and out.

And when that happens, there’s no limit to what you can do in the second half of your life.  Ready to THRIVE?
