Hello! I’m Severine Menem, a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach for women over 40 struggling with weight loss and perimenopause/ menopause symptoms. I created the Wellbeing for a Phenomenal Midlife programme to empower you to check “Get Healthy” off your list so you can genuinely thrive in the second half of your life.
Because as a woman in my mid-40s, I know first hand the realities of the perimenopausal years where everything is changing and your body feels out of control.
After years of leading a healthy and fit lifestyle, I suddenly experienced weight gain, anxiety, joint pain, dry eyes, night sweats and more. After researching I realized my symptoms were a normal part of a woman’s life called perimenopause. By making simple changes, I improved and/or removed those symptoms without any treatments other than nutrition and lifestyle changes. It was truly mind-blowing and now I’m on a mission to help other women do the same!
I’m here to help you to stop dieting and adopt realistic habits so you can genuinely THRIVE. Because I know with complete physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, opportunities open up for you, the chief of which is becoming the true woman you long to be. More than just a mum or career woman, you’ll be the woman you dream of in secret. Strong, fit and beautiful — inside and out.

Severine Menem is a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach for women in their 40s struggling with weight loss and perimenopause. She helps women quit dieting and adopt realistic habits through a personalized programme for sustainable weight loss and true wellbeing so they can genuinely thrive in the second half of their life.
She knows for the woman in the midst of the changing hormonal landscape common during the perimenopausal years, no one-fits-all solution makes a significant or lasting impact. She applies an individualized, natural approach using nutrition and lifestyle to realign the body’s imbalances which results in natural weight loss and thriving health.
She believes every woman longs to be healthy and thriving with abundant energy so they can become their truest self - the woman who will never settle for a mediocre life. Because when she finally checks “get healthy” off her list, she will be empowered to make her dreams for the second half of her life a reality.
Severine holds a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine). She is currently a member of BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapists), and registered with CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). She’s also a Senior Associate at the Royal Society of Medicine. She holds as Diploma in Coaching and NLP recognised by the ICF (International Coach Federation), and a Diploma in Personal Training (level 3).
She lives in London with her husband Marc and her son Theodore. They are her inspiration for leading a healthy lifestyle and helping others do the same. She loves cooking healthy, tasty food, which is probably influenced by her French heritage. Passionate about traveling the world, Severine is curious to try new cuisines and specialties, her most memorable being guinea pig in Peru, shark in Australia, bison in the United States, and reindeer in Sweden. She enjoys time with her family and running in her free time.
