Discovery Call - Free
This 15-minute video call is a chance for you to discuss your goals, expectations and presenting symptoms. There is no obligation and your details will be kept private and confidential.
Midlife MOT Programme - £350
This package includes an initial consultation (75 minutes) and a follow-up session (45 minutes). It is for you if you’re confident you’ll be able to follow the plan once you get started.
Midlife Maintenance Programme - £750
This package is perfect if you need guidance and accountability to help you achieve your goals, for example for weight management and conditions that need extra monitoring. It includes an initial consultation (75 minutes) and 4 follow-up sessions (45 minutes each), spaced as you wish.
Midlife Maintenance Programme Plus - £1500
This package is perfect if you need guidance with extra accountability and support to help you achieve your health goals. It includes an initial consultation (75 minutes), 8 follow-up sessions (45 minutes each) as well as 24/7 accountability and support via WhatsApp. This programme is ideally spaced over 12 weeks for the best results.
Individual follow up session - £100
This 30-minute follow-up session can be booked individually if you want to maintain your progress after completing a package.
