I work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.
However I may occasionally work outside these hours with my clients.
I am based in Central London, and meet my clients either face-to-face or online.

I use Zoom.us, a platform similar to Skype but with a better audio and video quality. Zoom is free and available on Mac/iPhone and Windows/android.
If the internet connection is unstable, we would revert to a phone conversation.
Because I do online sessions, I am able to work with people based outside the United Kingdom.
However my insurance does not allow me to work with people who live in certain countries, so this would need to be confirmed first.
I do not discuss my fees before the discovery session consultation simply because my fees are bespoke and I don’t want you to decide on price, but rather based on how much value you would get from working with me and how well we connect.
To make sure I am the best person to help achieve your health goals, I offer a complimentary 60-minute discovery call, with no obligation to continue. Then at the end of it, if you would like to go ahead, I will tell you how much I charge.
I only work with people who are committed to transform their body, their health and their life.
We get results within the first week but a real transformation takes time, which is why I offer a 6-month programme rather than sessions.
Depending on the option you choose, tests and supplements may be included in the programme fee.
If supplements are not included in the fee, I can pass a 10% practitioner discount.
I don't believe we should take supplements on an on-going basis. However when someone hasn't had a healthy diet or been on medication (including contraceptive pill) for a while, they may develop nutritional insufficiencies or deficiencies.
Supplementation would then be best to help replenish their reserves and get results faster.
