During this interactive talk, we will discuss how up to 75% of women over 40 will have menopause impact their work and their work impact their menopausal symptoms. I will share how to improve those symptoms naturally using my five-step methodology.

This interactive seminar sheds light on how our main hormones interact with each other, and how we can balance them by amending our diet and lifestyle. I will share easy and practical tips to overcome any imbalance.

Similar to single Talk/Workshop, my Talk Series allows you to pre-select a number of topics, with the opportunity to suggest more subjects. It enables me to deliver the talks in a progressive way. Your participants will receive handouts, homework to deepen understanding of the subject, and the ability to interact and ask questions to get the most from the material for their personal transformation.
Wellbeing at Work Weight Loss Programme
12 weeks | 90-minute session
This powerful programme is aimed at educating and supporting 6-12 participants on their journey to sustained weight loss. Unlike typical weight loss programs, Wellbeing at Work Weight Loss Programme helps participants get beyond serial dieting by focusing on true lifestyle changes that lead to sustainable weight loss. During the course of 10 sessions, they will:
Receive sound nutritional education to deepen their understanding of what works and what doesn’t when trying to lose weight
Get a step-by-step programme that includes meal plans and recipes that incorporates real, nourishing foods (no fads here!)
Learn how to incrementally change their habits to transform their lifestyle
Get access to a secret Facebook group to connect with others for accountability and support
In a supportive and encouraging environment, they’ll receive accountability through keeping a food diary and positive feedback to keep them motivated to reach their goals. Weight loss will be fun for a change!
Work at Menopause Programme
12-24 weeks | 90-minute session
This powerful programme is aimed at educating and supporting women in their menopause journey naturally, through dietary and lifestyle changes. Can be run 1-2-1 or in a small group of participants.
I will provide a supportive and encouraging environment, and they will receive accountability and positive feedback to keep them motivated to reach their goals.
