I’m a Menopause Specialist dedicated to raise menopause awareness and break the taboo around it. My mission is to support women find the best way to manage their menopause symptoms, as well as support corporates with menopause initiatives to retain their female talents going through menopause.
How I can help
I assist midlife women in successfully navigate the menopause transition with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, with or without the help of HRT.
I work with Human Resources, Wellbeing, Benefits, and Diversity & Inclusion teams to help them support and retain female talents going through menopause.

I’ve been passionate about women’s health ever since I recovered from hypothyroidism in my mid-30s and conceived naturally in my early 40s.
I believe we underestimate how much can be achieved by adjusting our lifestyle. Nutrition, sleep, exercise and stress management are the pillars of good health, and can substantially contribute to managing your menopause symptoms.
